The Warm-Up Exercises Collection
The Warm-Up collection is meant to take someone from the state of being too afraid to take social action, to a place where they feel ready to begin pushing themselves harder. These are the gentle exercises that prepare you for the harder ones to come. These exercises are the least challenging while still being powerful enough to generate progress.

The At-Home Exercises Collection
At-Home exercises do not require you to leave your house to complete them. Therefore bad weather, not living near a city, or any other excuse for not doing your homework is invalid! There’s always something you can do to push your comfort zone. But be warned! Just because you can do these at home doesn't make them easy! Some of the hardest exercises we have are included in this collection.

The Standard Exercises Collection
These require little to no planning, can be done quickly, and do not require much interaction from other people. Activities in this section can be done daily, or multiple times a day if you choose. There are enough exercises included in this collection to keep you busy for months straight!

The How to Talk to Anyone Course
The Course is a Preview of the First Section of Course Two! Use this exercise as the foundation for your relationship and career goals! Completing the exercise will increase your ability to efficiently connect with strangers and build forward momentum in your dating, friendship, and business pursuits. It also touches on the crucial concept of "warm environments".
